* Developments will cause parking congestion in your street with inadequate onsite parking

The Petition of the residents of NSW
Brings to the attention of the House that the current Labor Government have stripped the community of their rights to an open and transparent consultation process through Local Councils for Housing NSW developments under the Nation Building and Jobs Plan (State Infrastructure Delivery) Act 2009 and the Affordable Housing SEPP.
The undersigned petitioners therefore ask the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales to urgently support the need for transparency and open community consultation in relation to the building of Housing NSW dwellings in our local streets.
