Beil Ter is a Cul-de-sac off S Walker between SW 32nd and SW 33rd street. This road is in terrible condition. It must be repaved. There are 4 new homeowners on this street. It is a dead end. Most of travel is done by residence of Beil Ter.
I do not know when the last time this street was repaved. You can tell pot holes were filled here and there. I did not know when purchasing a home you had to check on the street conditions. I knew of pot hole at corner of Beil Ter ans Walker. No idea the rest of the street was this bad. I have had to take my car in for an alignment. I moved in August 2015.
Being new home owners we can not afford to fix repairs on our cars due to bad road conditions. How can we be expected to make a living if we can not keep out cars derivable. No more flat tires, bent rims, out of alignment.
We the neighbors of Beil Ter need our street repaved. We will be here for 30 years or more.
Fix Beil Ter street. It needs to be repaved.
Having Beil Ter repaved will help all of us save on fixing car issues. Flat tires, alignment issues, bent rims ect.
As Home owners we will be driving on this road for many years. It needs to be fixed. It is doing more damage to cars than we know.
