David Pagan served the Williamsburg community and Southside United HDFC-Los Sures with his heart and soul for more than 30 years. Mr. Pagan made a strong contribution to the Los Sures community and his impact will never be forgotten. We believe that it is a fitting tribute to rename the corner of S. 4th and Roebling St. the "David Pagan Way" in honor of his towering legacy of love and community.
