The Inglewood Estate is compromised of 88 units of landed property. Only 48 units in the estate are under different planning called the 'Street Block Plan'. Which means the building restrictions for these 48 units have less building area than the other units even though it is all under the same building area.
We would like to request for Urban Redevelopment Authority and Ministry of National Development to review the 48 units of Street Block Plan to be under the same 'Terrace House' planning as the rest of street at The Inglewood.
