Judge James Osborne, Superior Court Paulding County in Georgia needs to be removed from the bench by the Governor of GA. This Judge is very unfair to victims of domestic violence and it's about time somebody does something about this judge!!
I can not keep faith in our judicial system with someone like him in office! He presided over my case on December 17, 2009 and basically told me while giving his sentencing and letting my husband off with a light sentence that I brought it on myself and if I would have not aggravated the situation that my husband would not have tried to kill me.
We the undersigned, call on the Governor of GA to hold this Judge responsible for his actions and outright disrespect towards women of domestic violence.
If Judge James Osborne is allowed to continue to stay on the bench then there is no hope or justice for women in Domestic Violence situations.
