This petition has been created with the aim to raise awareness within Cornwall Council of the public's outrage with member for transport Councilor Biscoe.
Mr Biscoe who doesn't personally drive, wasted tax payers money on the failed bus lane on Tregolls Rd not to mention the unnecessary disruption that caused.
He now plans to charge up to £200 per household for residents in Truro for parking permits.
We, the undersigned, call on Cornwall Council to remove Councilor Biscoe from his position as Cabinet member for transport immediately.
