Baranggay are supposed to deliver swift justice to small community system but it's not doing it's functions.
Baranggay are doing the opposites instead they are the following:
1. delay justice - with it's 45 day
2. sides with the criminal
3. just getting salary after salary but corrupts the people.
Remove Baranggay system in communities and replace them with lower court houses.
Remove them totally.
