The problem that has come to attention is that Mr. Correy Robert Lambert has been labelled as a sex offender in the state of New York in 2010. The charges that he was convicted were; 130.20- Sexual Misconduct and 130.52- Forcible Touching. Since his last conviction, 7 years ago, Mr. Lambert has not been charged with anything new regarding sexual offenses. Mr. Lambert did complete his probation in Louisiana when he was living there. Mr. Lambert is currently on probation in Chenango County and has not violated any of his probationary terms or laws, except traffic laws. Mr. Lambert currently resides in Norwich, NY, Chenango County.
We, the undersigned, petition the State of New York to release Correy Robert Lambert from the sex offender registry.
Mr. Lambert is not considered to be a threat to the community. He has no designation in his sentencing either. He was young and stupid as they call it when this situation happened. With no supporting evidence, how can one charge someone with something that is not proven.
He has proven that he is not a re-offender. He is happily married with two beautiful children. Please help him out by signing this petition.
