On April 13, 2013 -Barrett Brown was booked in a wrestling match for TCW. The stipulations were that if Brown lost, he was forever barred from appearing in Traditional Championship Wrestling again. Brown was defeated by Lance Hoyt in the aforementioned contest.
We the undersigned request that the terms and conditions of the contract be examined and over-turned. We feel that given Barrett Brown's youth and inexperience in dealing with contractual matters, the terms of the contract were extreme.
A lifetime ban from one of the most prestigious professional wrestling companies in the world does in fact deal the "death penalty" to this young man's career. We respectfully pray that the board choose to grant Barrett Brown relief in this matter.
We the undersigned ask the Board of Directors of Traditional Championship Wrestling (TCW) to reinstate Barrett Brown as an active wrestler on their roster.
