Continually we have been forced to work through our lunches on a daily basis for the past 3 years. We our entitled to back pay for lunches totalling 20-25 minutes or less.
We are also entitled to proper breaks throughout the night and we are aware that Toyota Paint 1 has been denying and breaking these very basic and yet well deserved labor laws.
I am filing an official compliant with the department of labor about the abuse of the lunch and rest period labor laws by Toyota Paint 1 with the Kentucky Department of Labor.
I am asking anyone who has experienced an unjust in a break or lunch to sigh this petition so that the Department of Labor will see the strength of numbers in the compliant.
