Many, many Americans wait years to be approved for Social Security Disability, once they apply. Many of these people are simply unable to work, and have no income.
Many lose their families, their homes, their dignity, and there sense of self. Many attempt suicide at least once, and some succeed.
We need to look at why it takes years to gain approval and find ways to speed up the process.
We, the citizens of the United States of America, are asking you to look into the very real problem of having to wait years to get approved for Social Security Disability, and to develop a better approval system that will speed up the process.
