Michigan is the state with the most important amount of crime. Everyday, people are being killed for different reasons and sometimes for no reason at all.According to the Michigan Law Enforcement Agency Uniform Crime Report, the number of people killed in the state of Michigan has increased a lot from 1960 to 2008, and the numbers are alarming. Something need to be done very quickly to stop those crimes.
We, the student of Precinct 131, and the whole Michigan Community want the state government to be aware of this issue. The police patrols have to be reinforced everywhere in the community and especially where those crimes happen the most. Higher sentences for the criminals is also recommended.
