Recall Sam Brownback

It is a Popular opinion That Sam Brownback has waged class warfare against the middle class and the poor, Sam Brown Back is guilty of Treason by ignoring a ruling by the Highest court in the land and saying on Public TV ”I will not implement Obama care”. Our Great President as well as Supreme court of the United States has declared the law constitutional and a means to Make America “The healthiest land on the Planet”.

By ignoring the ruling Brownback has acted against the interest of the poor and those who cannot afford to buy health insurance and there fore serves other interest . In this act alone by ignoring the health of most of the residents of Kansas he has declared “ Class war”. By ignoring the needs of the poor he weakens the Welfare of the good people of this state therefore making us susceptible to harm. That is why he has acted in a Treasonous manner. There is money being offered by the Federal government to expand on Medicaid yet Brown back still refuses to use the given resources.

Last but not least by ignoring the medical needs of the Poor and those who cannot afford insurance he has acted against The Kansas Bill of rights “§ 1. Equal rights. All men are possessed of equal and inalienable natural rights,among which are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” He has acted against the first item in The Kansas Bill of rights. This is Reason 1# he should be impeached and or recalled .

He has put the nation at risk by okaying a Bio-research facility to move into Kansas . Kansas is one of the Nations Largest food producers and he is guilty of Insubordination by reason that he has put the public's health at risk. He was no doubt more interested in the Lobbyist Campaign funding than he was public safety. He has put the residents of Kansas as well as the whole nation at risk. This is another reason.

Article 13 of the Kansas constitution States :§ “13: Compensation of officers. The officers mentioned in this article shall at stated times receive for their services a such compensation as is established by law, which shall not be diminished during their terms of office, unless by general law applicable to all salaried officers of the state.

Any person exercising the powers and duties of an office mentioned in this article shall receive the compensation established by law for that office. “ Many of Sam Brown Backs political positions have been Funded By Koch Corporation., Now Candidates may accept campaign donations but NOT other pay for special interest . Also The Glass Steagall act Only allows Funding For Campaign contributions.

This was clearly funding that was done outside of that time frame. This act in itself is a violation of article 13 in The Kansas Constitution.. The Koch Brothers are also known to and have publicly admitted to manufacturing “ Mass weapons of Destruction” This was admitted during a Public airing on “ABC news”,. Accepting Funding by those who manufacture “ Mass Weapons of Destruction” is in itself a treasonous act against the laws of Kansas and against the laws of United States of America.
