Dear Admission’s Officer,

We, the citizens of the town of Navan County Meath are writing this letter to bring to your attention something that we believe is unfair and unjust and requires your Immediate attention and extermination. We would like to petition MCC ''Meath County Council'' & IW ''Irish Water'' for the Pollution of the Boyne River at Blackcastle Sewage Station once again.
This is the 2nd week in a row of many times this has happened over the years.
Filmed today Sunday 04/06/17 6pm just before the rains come to flood the river and hide MCC & IW absolutely disgusting act.

A beautiful river polluted by MCC & IW. Raw sewage,sanitary towels etc. "Pumped" into a river in an SAC ( Special Area of Conservation) absolutely disgraceful.
We are now requesting that MCC & IW stop this barbaric Pollution at once and reply to us in writing as to the changes they are going to implement immediately.
