Public storage has made a business out of deceiving and inconveniencing the lives of hard working Americans. After being offered a free storage unit at Uhaul, Public Storage lied to me and schemed me into storing my items at their facility. Let's put a stop to the lying ($1.00) offer that turns out to being around $70 for the first month of storage. Let's put a stop to the(so called) prorated Amount that you will be charged the following month. You will pay the balance for late fee either way. Let's put a stop to the $80 late fee that turns out to being a little over $100. Let's put a stop to the late fee that is due exactly 30 days after you move-in. Rented My unit on the 14th day of May and was charged a so called $80 (late-charge) on the 14th of June.

Message From Public Storage: Your storage account is now delinquent and a late charge has been assessed. To resolve this matter, please make a full payment on your current outstanding balance of $320.21. Please note that charges and fees may continue to accrue until full payment is made. As a reminder, your storage payment is due on the first of every month.

My storage unit is $400 per month but it is now clear that if I am 24hr late, it is likely that a $500 payment will be the inevitable.
