This petition will be used to convince members of the Ministry of Education, School Faculty and Municipalities that the work Merchavim has been conducting throughout Israel is paramount in achieving social change.
By signing this petition, you are helping Merchavim bring children from across Israel's different communities to work with one another and appreciate all the differences this country's people have to offer.
To whom it may concern,
The people of your local community have expressed their support for the integration of Arab teachers in Jewish schools and the Art of Kulanana program to promote coexistence in their community. They believe that teaching their children the importance of accepting members of the different streams of Israeli society is the only way this country can progress forward as a nation and ensure equal opportunity to all citizens.
We hope that you will listen to the members of your constituency and promote Merchavim as an organization to implement these two programs in the local schools in your community.
