Capital Punishment, which is also commonly known as the Death Penalty, is active in 36 out of our 50 states. Capital punishment is the legal execution of individuals guilty of capital crimes. For every state these crimes are different.
People will often try to make a case against capital punishment, saying that the Bible says do not murder. However in Exodus 21: 14 it says that if a man deliberately kills another take him and kill him.
Let justice be served to those that deserve it. "Life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise" Exodus 21: 23-25.
We, the citizens of the United States of America, the undersigned, want to make capital punishment legal in all 50 states, not just 36.
