Centrelink for a long time have been slack and when you stuff up it's your fault (fair enough) but when it's their fault it's your fault and they charge you. The office is understaffed and rude and I've been in and there is a line of 10 people and one of the girls is sitting there painting her nails.
Basically this petition is to say Centrelink shape up or ship out.
