This is to officially petition the City of Hollywood to enforce code changes to the Sheridan Hills Baseball Field, on N. 36 Avenue and Simms Street, Hollywood, Fl. 33021
Due to the configuration of the field and home plate, and lack of effective safety net, hundreds of baseballs are errantly hit onto property and vehicles no more than 45 feet from batting area.
This has led to thousands of dollars of damage to home and vehicles of adjacent properties surrounding the Sheridan Hills baseball field.
The Principal and school board have been arrogant and demeaning to our needs and has yet to compensate us for this "Public Nuisance".
