Ghost and Bear were involved in an incident with small horse next to our horses agistment property. The council was involved by the horse's owner. I have footed the bill for the vet and the horses injuries were relatively minor and healed well.
The council's decision to declare these dogs is unreasonable as all it takes to stop this from occurring again is to keep them away from horses. They were assessed by an Animal Behavioral expert whose report I have here for all to read.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge the local council to act now to lift the dangerous/menacing dog decision against Ben Towards dogs Ghost and Bear.
We believe they are no threat to humans or normal family pets. In the dog's best interests for a happy healthy life this ruling must be changed.
