NO to New ByLaws! RESIGN Aduca et al!

We have pointed out several times and on countless occasions the violations committed against our Constitution and By Laws during the 2014 Alumni Homecoming. The election of Board of Directors which was not carried out in accordance with said CBL stood out, among others.

We tried to seek resolution by talking with the board and with the advisers purposely to correct what has been wrongfully done. We wanted our Urdaneta City National High School Alumni Association Inc. take the right path and move forward. We believe in the sanctity of our covenant, our CBL. It embodies all our ideals and aspirations being alumni of premier secondary school in Pangasinan. It tells us what to do and what not to as alumni. It is what binds us all together. We clearly explained these to them, but our cries fell on deaf ears, even if the Committee on Elections declared the election null and void on the grounds of CBL violations.

This brought about our filing of Injunction case in the court. Signed by more than a hundred alumni coming from different batches, the injunction prays for the stepping down of the four directors, and the holding of General Assembly to ratify the CBL which has previously been carefully reviewed by the Committee and has been readied for ratification -- ratification which was unilaterally called off by then president Aduca. This and many more attest to his acts inimical to the interests of UCNHS alumni.

Now again, same alumni are persistently exerting effort to disturb the order which we have been trying to restore and maintain. They want to pass New Constitution and By Laws that is customized to their whims and caprices so they can advance their personal gains at our expense.
