Please help protect the few remaining Green Spaces within the City of Park Hills, Kentucky. We have recently experienced some dramatic changes to the Green Space within the City of Park Hills. The goal of this petition is to gather like minds who share the wish to preserve and protect the few remaining Green Spaces in the City of Park Hills. This protection would be from both Developers/Builders and also from the changing winds of local City Government. The goal is to preserve these Green Spaces in their present and natural state, and to protect their history and to preserve the Integrity of Park Hills.
We the undersigned residents of Park Hills, Ky. wish to Protect and Preserve the few remaining Green Spaces within the City of Park Hills, Kentucky. To protect and preserve these Green Spaces in their present and natural state. To protect indigenous flora, ephemerals, fauna, terrain, and history. We wish to protect these few remaining Green Spaces from future Developers/Builders, and from sale, disposition or use by Park Hills City Government inconsistent with a green space now and in the future. The current properties most at risk for development are the Old Trolley Line, and the six acres being donated by Berling as part of the settlement pertaining to Audubon Forest development located at the end of Audubon Rd. and extending to Sleepy Hollow Road. We wish to Preserve these properties for future generation in their natural state. Preserve the Integrity of Park Hills.
