We argue that if these alterations take place there will be:
1. Significant traffic congestion both whilst the work is going ahead and once it is finished.
2. Significant disruption to the local community both whilst the work is going ahead and once it is finished.
3. The illuminated dome we feel would cause distraction to both motorists and general members of the public therefore heightening the risks of accidents in the area.
