After countless years of continued Lynching and over 200 times of failure to pass a Bill against it, we feel that the time is now that this must be done.
We, the undersigned, call on President Obama to:
1. Make Lynching a crime against humanity and act of Terrorism.
2. Federal investigation on all acts of Lynching
3. Anti-Lynching Bill should be a part of domestic Terrorism
4. Offenders should face life imprisonment or the death penalty
5. Name Anti- Lynch Bill in honor of Ida B. Wells who was lynched in her fight against lynching.
