Nuisance Complaint

This list of Complainants is composed of long time residents of Wells Street
between Glenway Avenue and Warsaw Avenue.
Of Late since early June till present 07/10/2017 large groups of teenagers
have been hanging out in the middle of the street and throwing rocks at, and
sitting on our cars and trucks.
This happens every evening after sunset and continues into early morning hours.
They ask for money, and threaten to get a gun if do don't give them money.
