On 7 January 2010, paramedics were called to a home in Moss, Norway, where South African citizen Gavin Bernard Bacon, dressed only in his underwear, was found lying dead at the bottom of a flight of stairs.

The Doctor receiving the body requested an autopsy because of the nature of the injuries he saw on Gavin.

Gavin's South African family was only notified many hours after his death, and were informed that he had died of a massive heart attack, which we now know is far from the truth. Since then, family and friends have been given different explanations of the events of the night Gavin died, leaving more questions than answers.

The Police refused to investigate this death any further, in spite of massive traumatic injuries to Gavin found in the Autopsy over many different areas of his body. Gavin's 5 year old son is still in Norway.

We insist on a thorough investigation into the suspicious death of Gavin Bacon by the Norwegian Authorities.
