I was told by my school's administration that my makeup is a form of a dress-code violation. Is that really true?

I've read the student code of conduct and I don't see anything mentioning that my way of expressing my self is a form of violation.

Reminder that Dr. Michael Krop Senior High School has a magnet program, expressing the different forms of art. But when someone attempts to do so outside of the program, they're automatically covered up.

Last time I checked makeup IS a form of art, and if no teachers have a problem with it then why am I declined my rights of the first amendment, freedom of expression?

I am asking you to sign this because I want to show how any form of art shouldn't be declined, especially if it's not a form of a dress-code violation.

When you sign this, you are agreeing that ANYONE should be able to freely express themselves, and that by doing so I can have my story be put out there for all to see.
