Motion to Impeach U.S. President Barack Obama

We the People of the United States of America through the authority of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution submit this petition requesting a Motion to Impeach U.S. President Barack Obama for the purpose of his removal from office for his misconduct by wilfully, and knowingly violating his "Oath of Office" to defend the U.S. Constitution by failure in taking Care that the Laws be faithfully executed. For the abuse of his Executive Power to interfere with the ability, and Congressional Authority to establish justice, insure Domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, defining the punishment for Offenses against the Laws of this Nation. For engaging in acts of a seditious nature by collaborating and engaging in a "Suit of Law" with foreign nations, and against the United States, and the State of Arizona in an attempt to block and hinder their Constitutional right to defend and protect the United States Border, and the Citizen's of the State of Arizona without Congressional Consent while in "Imminent Danger as will not admit delay." , and causing serious detriment to the safety of our citizens, appropriate Constitutional processes, and the Rule of Law.
