Modernize Philippine School Education System

The current Philippine Education is based on a ideology that is over a century year old where it aims to produce obedient factory workers. However, in today's time, this ideology is not only obsolete but also no longer produce any effective student. How can a student learn if you always give them work, then that's no longer learning but rather working. Students already see schooling as a job; 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The Department of Education is not producing quality students but morons of society. Give students tremendous amount of work now then they will no longer have interest to work in the future.
