To the Congress of the Republic of the Philippines;
Rodrigo Rody Duterte came to power by a hate-mongering and human rights infringer campaign. He damaged the reputation of our nation in the rule of law world community. Rodrigo Rody Duterte has vowed to hold up the laws of the country and made his oath on the Bible. Rodrigo Rody Duterte has broken both oaths. He is already therefore not a model that would reflect the prestige of Presidents!
As President he has to protect the land and the people! But he is not shy to accuse innocent People. He also accuse persons who are already dead 8 years ago. It is proof that he did not acting on investigation!
Rodrigo Rody Duterte is the title of Presidential unworthy.
We, the undersigned on this Petition, call on the Congress to release the 16th President of the Philippines from his duties as President of the Philippines.
In order to regain Reputation, Strength, Law and Morality back and to limit damage, the Congress should do its duty and dismiss the 16th President of the Republic of the Philippines in person of Rodrigo Duterte from office.
