P.I.H.L. Eligibility Rule 6.1.D that hockey players/students with birth years from 2000-2002 are eligible to play Middle School Hockey for the 2014-2015 school year.
Blackhawk is currently the only school district in Beaver County that will not
allow 6th Grade student/athletes to participate in Middle School Hockey.
We, players, students, parents, community members, and other Beaver County community members ask that the Blackhawk School Board vote in favor of 6th Grade students participating in this program.
