animal abuse should be stopped by law in Albania.Some days ago, the phenomenon occurred that some small children killed in a small dog with a knife and filmed it. This case shocks the whole country and as a citizen we demand that animal abuse be penalized by law. The premises where animals are kept are ill-treated 1) they are not hygienic 2) they do not have the vaccine 3) they are not fed 4) they die very fast.
