Speed bumps slow motor-vehicle traffic in order to improve safety conditions.
I want all Speed Bumps to become a Pedestrian Crossing in the sames areas as the 50km/h speed limits apply without signs.
In context, all vehicles should slow down, so it makes good sense to have them as crossing points.
