Northern Arizona University is a campus in a small town full of environmental organizations and activists. There is a lot of support for building a more sustainable campus between the faculty, the students, and the Flagstaff locals. With such high tuition and fees, NAU has an opportunity to use more of their income money to help create a greener campus providing more jobs to locals and students.
