CSA has a system that is unfair and biased toward the Payee. Payers are often ruined financially and CSA still makes them pay using credit.
CSA prioritise previous children and ex-spouses, leaving the Payer with little for himself and even less for his new family.
It can be proven that a child will eat the same amount of food in a month regardless of how rich his Paying father is or isn't.
Children can be well clothed every month and that also doesn't depend on the income of the Payer.
Payers of Child Support are being hit with a sledgehammer that is unfair. Payers with new families are paying child support figures that are way too high, leaving their new families with not enough and prioritising the child and ex.
CSA must have a capped limit of how much it costs to raise a child. A fair figure based on ACTUAL costs of raising a child should be met. A fair fugure would be approx $500 per month for food, clothing, education and housing.
We, the undersigned, call on the Child Support Agency to make necessary changes and make the system fair and more supportive for Payers!
