My sister Lori Ann Taylor was only 17 years old on March 28, 1986, when she was murdered. Two men, Jerry Lee Hayes A197668 and Donald Putnam A197667 planned her murder in advance. They sexually assaulted her and violently stabbed her before leaving her half clothed body in a wooded area. Her body was not found for four months. They were both charged with aggravated murder. This charge carries a life/death sentence. They both received a 20 year to life sentence. Loris' family and friends stay steadfast in our belief they must serve out their life sentence. They've already been given more than Lori ever had a chance of.
