Brian Maloney a magistrate in NSW Legal System, who has lost his case to keep his job as he has bi-polar.
The reasoning by the NSW Judical Commission is that he may forget to take his medication and that he has acted inappropiately.
NSW Legal Services is run by a boys club and Brian Maloney is being railroaded out of the legal profession.
NSW Premier, Barry O'Farrell should think twice before sacking Maloney eitherwise he should sack his MP Flowers as he takes medication.

We, the people of NSW, call on Barry O'Farrell and both sides of Parliament to make the correct decision allowing Brian Maloney to continue as a magistrate in NSW.
