I know it sounds really bad to get the age lower but it's your choice whether or not you choose to smoke.
Most teens do it anyway, and to stop the risk of teens asking random people on the street (WHICH IS DANGEROUS!!!) they should just lower the ban.
We want to lower the legal smoking age to buy cigarettes.
