Langley City Council - Release the FULL INVESTIGATIVE REPORT used to CENSURE Mayor Val van den Broek

On May 10th, Langley City Council voted to censure Mayor Val van den Broek as a result of a investigative report into what Langley City Council describes as "unbecoming behavior" by Mayor Val van den Broek citing she was in breach of respectful workplace policy, the Workers Compensation Act and the occupational health and safety guidelines.
Meanwhile neighbouring Surrey Mayor Doug McCallum has been charged with one count of public mischief contrary to Section 140(2) of the Criminal Code with a trial start date of Oct. 31/22. but is meanwhile still operating in full capacities as Mayor
What are ordinary citizens supposed to think given these two situations.
One hand we have a Mayor charged in accordance to criminal code still operating in full capacity - and a Mayor stripped of capacities because of a piecemealed report to the public of "behavior unbecoming" by a council who unanimously voted against the Mayor's motion to release the report in full for all to see.
Things just don't make sense.
Since when has the opinion of "unbecoming behavior" become a more serious offence - trumping that of even a criminal charge ?
How are the citizens of Langley City we to discern and judge appropriately
The people of Langley City demand the full truth - not piecemealed truth.
We the concerned community of Langley City call on Langley City Council for IMMEDIATE and FULL release of the investigative report into the censuring of Mayor Val van den Broek for public review.
