KEEP THE POOL OPEN YEAR ROUND

The residents of the Capistrano Villa's are requesting that the Home Owner's Association do the following:

1. All 4 of the pool's at the Capistrano Villa's are in need of re-surfacing, new chair's, and a general going over to make pool area's CLEAN, SAFE, AND A DESIRABLE PLACE TO GO TO!

2. SUMMER HOURS should begin on June 1st of every year and last through October of that year.

3. Summer Hours should be from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm during the week and on weekends until 7:30 pm.

4. We are requesting that the pool be heated between 70 to 72 degrees. 68 degree's is just to cold for some of the older residents.

5. We are requesting that the pool be open on weekends all year round as we are paying $250 a month in HOA fee''s which a big part HOA fee's is the pool that we only have access to 4 months of the year. This hardly a fair deal seeing how we pay the due's year round!
