As of May, all of the caretakers (Neil, Greg and Tim) are having their jobs made redundant. These guys have been around for years and are part of the culture of the place. Not only do they know the place like their own home, they are responsible for keeping it running.
They always put our interests first and make it their priority to keep us happy and try to give us nice things. I think losing these guys will be like losing part of our college, and the place will probably fall down without them.
Please take a few minutes to sign this petition to show Student Living that these guys are worth having around.
We, the residents and Alumni of Edwards Hall wish to make it clear that the decision to make redundant the positions of Greg, Neil and Tim does not reflect the wishes or best interests of us or our college.
