Fact: August 20th 1979@ 6:30 pm Angel playing by her house at the end of the street with a kitten in Vero Beach, Florida.
Fact: Angel Ann Halstead Age 4 was lured into the woods. Brooks Beally age 14 then raped and brutally beaten her. Her liver was torn and had Internal bleeding.
Fact: Angel was found 36 hours later. Her body was found under palm fronds.
Fact: Brooks Beally Age 14 was leading the search to hide that he murder Angel Ann
Fact: After investigation police question Brooks. Brooks then confess to the police of killing and raping.
Fact: Brooks evaded authorities to mislead the manhunt for Angels body long enough so it would be so badly decompensated rape that it could not be proven.
Fact: Brooks was convicted of 2nd degree murder. Being that Angel was so mangled they could not prove that he raped her even though he confess of doing so.
Fact: Judge sentence him to life in prison!
Fact: If he does get parole being that they did not convict him of raping Angel he would not have to register as a sex offender in the state of Florida
Brooks has spent 30 plus years in prison learning how to defend himself in the Judaists system.
