The board of the LBA of Greenwood Hills Wesleyan Church has let the Youth Leader of the past ten months go due to a different idea of the direction of the youth.
This youth leader has done more to get the youth excited about God than anyone has in a long time. These teenagers are eager to go to church. I overheard one say she wouldn't go on the family beach trip because the youth had plans to redo the youth room that week!
I ask the members of the church to sign this petion to keep Jesse as the youth leader. I would like to show the board what Jesse has done in a short time for this church's youth, to get them excited about coming to church and being involved in an organization that can teach them how to be a good christian for the rest of their lives.
I would ask the board to try to work with Jesse to go in a direction that would make both sides comfortable.
