Clitheroe's well known Gavin was arrested for asking for some spare change off a passerby who happened to be a police officer heading to work.
Once the officer got to work and was uniformed up, he went and arrested Gavin who was in custody for 7 weeks for asking for some change!
He is now facing being chucked out of the Ribble Valley and being issued with a CRASBO which is totally out of order!
