1. Higher commercial rates which will damage businesses in Ballincollig
2. Property taxes used to improve amenities around the city centre rather than Ballincollig]
3 High parking charges which will deter customers
4 Higher property and car insurance
5 Loss of local identity
6 Higher house prices
We the undersigned call on Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government to exclude Ballincollig from the expansion of Cork City as recommended by the McKinnon Report.
