My son deserves justice just like the constitution promises. So I ask who will stand for the victim and ask the judge handling this killer to take a stand for that victim today.
My 13 year old son was murdered in 2009 and the justice system did not provide American Justice. The DA Office and the judge allowed my son's killer to plea bargain for only 7 years. Then three years later from the sentence of my son's killer, the killer may get out on weekends.
I want every parent to understand this is not just a fight for my son but all of our children who may have been or might be killed by another.
Will you all stand and say enough is enough and fight for the victim? If we do nothing, we will all as parents pay to high of a price. Do not let it take a politicians child to be murdered for justice to be delivered. I ask that you sign to help keep this killer behind bars till the sentence first bargain for is completed, 7 years.
