All the proof is there, Please help us get Victor Pardoned or all Charges dismissed. Victor has never been in Jail not 1 time in his whole life. He is a Sweet, Shy, Loving father of 5 children and And after the police set up, And no money to afford a Lawyer ( for some real help. ) Is now looking at 6-12 years in Prison, He is mentally ill and Has never been in trouble for being mentally ill before. We just found out Victor was pepper sprayed by 5 officers and handcuffed to a pole, beaten by officers & called a wetback many times. Could you imagine being so ill and scared not knowing where you are, Thinking your in a mental hospital and thinking the officers are going to kill you? Not being able to reach out for help and all this happening only because your mental cond. And skin color? Its happen right now here in Shasta County California.USA. If you believe there should be a federal investigation of these cops please sign our petition. Speak up for justice! It could be you tomorrow!
