Wesley Smith Murdered a man in cold blood and he is requesting a bond reduction to get out of jail. this petition is a way to show the judge that his friends and family want justice and to keep the murderer in jail. The murderer is claiming self defense, Tyler was unarmed when Wesley emptied 6 rounds into his chest with his young daughter as a witnesses.
On Friday Feb 24 around 9:00 pm Tyler Myers was brutally gunned downed in cold blood in his own front yard. He was unarmed with his little girl witnessing the whole affair. The individual responsible for the senseless murder, Wesley Smith, is claiming self-defense. On Tuesday March 14th he is requesting a bond reduction to get our of jail. It is unsafe for the family, our community and his own community for him to be released. If he is let out there are rumors he will not stay for trial. Help us keep him in incarcerated until a jury of his peers finds him guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Please help us give Tyler justice.
