Cheraw CO resident purposely ran over and killed his neighbor's dog in front of them not once, but twice. Then smiled as he drove off.
The Goheen families dog got off her leash and their neighbor purposely ran over her twice right in front of them. Mrs. Goheen screamed and the neighbor blatantly smiled at her as he drove off.
Their dog was left paralyzed and as they rushed to get her to the vet clinic, she passed away. The Goheens have two little boys who loved their dog Ghost and are left traumatized and grieving. They have a difficult time going to sleep at night and are heart broken missing their beloved dog.
I ask for justice to be served in handing down the maximum penalty allowed by law to their neighbor for this heartless killing of this animal.
