For the past few years our public transport has been plagued by the absolute incompetence of the leadership in SMRT. The lack of transparency and information leads to frustration after every incident. Yet, year on year the cost of travel rises. People's jobs, livelihood, examinations, and recreation times are constantly in jeopardy. As democratic citizens it is time our voices are heard.
We, the undersigned, call for the resignation of the senior staff of SMRT, that they be replaced by more competent members.
